A wall says it's locked
Walls only open when you're inside the landmark's circle on the map. Check that the app has location access with Precise Location on: Settings, then Here & Then, then Location. Indoors, GPS can be rough; step outside or near a window and give it a few seconds.
A stamp didn't land
Keep the app open and stay inside the circle, on foot, for one minute. A ring counts down while you wait. Moving faster than walking pace, or a rough GPS reading, starts the minute over.
My sign-in code didn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder for an email from signin@hereandthen.becksitconsulting.com.
- Codes work for 10 minutes. Ask for a new one if yours has run out.
- To stop abuse, there's a limit on how many codes an address can get, and on wrong guesses. If the app says "That's a lot in a short time", wait and try again later, at the latest the next day.
Reporting and blocking
Tap the ⋯ button on a post or comment to report it, or to block the person who wrote it. Blocking hides each of you from the other. Posts reported by several people are hidden until they're reviewed. For anything urgent, email us.
Deleting your account
In the app, open the You tab and choose Delete account. It removes your posts, photos, comments and everything else right away. See the privacy policy for details.
